藏药柳茶的形态组织学研究

摘　　要：目的 研究柳茶的性状与显微鉴别特征。方法 采用性状鉴别与显微鉴别法。结果 幼嫩枝条表面黄绿或浅棕色；茎微管束外具韧皮纤维束；叶窄披针形或倒披针形；等面叶，具单细胞非腺毛，环式气孔，气孔指数3～5～7。结论 性状显微特征可作藏药柳茶的鉴别依据。OBJECTIVE To study the morphological and histological characters of Sibiraea augustata （ Rehd. ） Hand - mazz. METHODS Morphological identification method and microscopic method were employed. RESULTS The surface of the young stems was yellow - green or pale brown. There were phloem fiber bundle of stem outside vascular bundles. The leaves were narrow lanceolate or oblanceolate. There was palisade parenchyma in both sides of the leaves, Single - celled non - glandular hair and actinocytic stoma, Stomata index was 3 - 5 - 7. CONCLUSION All those mentioned characters above are very steady and will not changed with the harvest seasons, they can be used for identification.
