摘　　要：目的 建立测定冠元颗粒中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法 采用HPLC法，用Shim—pack ODS柱，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-2％甲酸（29：9：62），流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长286nm，柱温35℃。结果 丹酚酸B进样量在0．13—2．08μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为98．58％，RSD=0．65％（n=6）。结论 方法简便、结果准确，重复性好，可用于冠元颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine salvianolic acid B in Guanyuan granule. METHODS Using the Shim - pack ODS column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - acetonitrile - 2% formic acid （ 29 ： 9 ： 62 ） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^- 1, and the detection wavelength was 286 nm, with column temperature at 35℃. RESULTS The calibration curve showed a good linear correlation within the concentration range of 0. 13 -2.08 μg（ r = 0. 9999 ）. The average recovery was 98.58% with the RSD of 0.65% （n =6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Guanyuan granule.
