摘  要:电涡流测功机控制系统的主要任务是通过调节内燃机油门位置和测功器励磁电流以控制转速和制动力矩,是决定内燃机台架试验技术水平的重要方面。介绍了一种基于C8051F040设计的一种电涡流测功机励磁电流数字控制系统,给出了系统的硬件总体结构设计和软件设计流程。详细介绍了系统的控制策略以及CAN总线控制器结构。实验证明:整个系统具有性能可靠、精度高、功能强和模块化等优点,同时具有一定的实用性和可扩展性。The main task of control system of eddy current dynamometer is rotational speed controlled and torque retarded with the adjustments of throttling location and exciting current, which is important to the combustion engine experimental measurement technique. A measurement and exciting current digital control system of eddy current dynamometer was designed with C8051F040, which is microcontroller of silicon laboratories. The architecture and function of main module were introduced. The system hardware gross structure and software realization were explained, and control strategy and CAN controller structure were introduced in detail. Experimental results show that the system has the advantages of rational design, high reliability, high precision powerful function and modular architecture. It also could improve the reliability and expansibility of the control system.
