摘 要:研究了隔离剂的种类、隔离剂的用量、凝聚温度、凝聚剂、搅拌转速、熟化温度及时间对凝聚粉末化效果的影响,确定了SBR1712胶乳的凝聚粉末化工艺。结果表明,当脂肪酸类化合物(C、E)、硅化合物(D)三种隔离剂配合使用,用量为5.5份,凝聚温度在40-60℃,熟化温度在75-85℃之间,熟化时间15-30min,凝聚剂用量为15份,搅拌转速为400r/min时丁苯胶乳粉末化效果较好,98%的PSBR粒径〈0.9mm。The effect of the kinds and amount with separating, coagulation temperature, coagulant amount, stirring speed, the condition of densification was investigated. The coagulating process of styrene-butadiene rubber latex (SBR1712) was ensured. The results showed that 98% PSBR with powder size less than 0. 9mm was obtained when separating agent compounds(C/D/E) were used, and amount was 5.5 phr, temperature of coagulating was 40-60℃, temperature of densification was 75 - 85 ℃, time of densification was 15 -30min, coagulant amount was 15 phr, stirring speed was 400r/min.
