摘　　要：采用以乙二醇作为交换物质的两步法生产淀粉烷基糖苷,研究了产品的脱醇与脱色和乙二醇的回收利用方法,并用红外光谱与气相色谱对产品与回收的乙二醇进行了分析测试。结果表明,这种除醇方法与乙二醇的回收适用于工业化生产。Using glycol as the exchange substance, starch alkyl polyglycoside was synthesized by two-step method. The method of separation of residual alcohols and its decolorization were studied, and the method of recycle of glycol was also studied. The product and recovered glycol were analyzed by IR and GC, obtained results indicated that the method of separation of residual alcohols and recycle of glycol were suitable for commercial production.
