摘 要:研究了微硅含量分别为5%、15%、25%,加有降滤失剂、分散剂和缓凝剂的3个微硅水泥浆和微硅水泥石的抗气窜性能,高温下强度的稳定性及抗地层水侵蚀性能。长达600min的充气水泥浆柱侧向压力和通过浆柱的气流量测定结果表明,含25%和15%微硅的低密度水泥具有良好的抗气窜性能。微硅水泥石在130-150℃放置7天,强度衰退幅度很小,含25%微硅的水泥石强度呈发展趋势。微硅水泥石长期浸泡在地层水中(最长达1年),渗透率持续下降,强度不变或有所升高,与在蒸馏水中浸泡后的强度之比在1左右,随微硅含量增加而略有增大。The cement slurries used in this study are three formulations containing 5%, 15% and 25% microsilica(M), respectively, and filtrate loss controller, dispersant, and set retarder. The hermeticity (antichannelling property) of the microsilica admixtured cement (MAC) slurries is investigated by measuring the side pressure of and the gas flux through a long column of N 2 aerated slurries in time (up to 600 minutes) and shown to be increasing with the amount of M. In 7 days exposure at higher temperature 90-100℃, the set MACs develop the flexual strength well and at high temperatures 130-150℃ a degression is observed for those with 5% and 15% M. Long term contact of set MACs with formation water (up to 1 year) leads to practically no change or slight improvement in their strength and to continueous decrease in their permeability.
