摘　　要：本文基于短消息增值业务应用的发展现状,分析了短消息服务网关接入的几种方式,设计和开发了基于现行短消息增值业务技术体系的通用短信服务平台,该平台可以独立运行或者嵌入到多种管理信息系统中无缝运行,并成功应用于多个系统。Based on the development status of the value-added short message services, this paper analyzed several types of gate access methods, and designed and developed the common short message service platform based on the present value -added short message service system. This platform can run independently or be implanted into various kinds of management information systems, and has been successfully applied in many systems
