摘　　要：目前,中原油田钻井管具工程处积压大量的ф127mm反扣钻杆,同时市场上急需大批ф127mm正扣钻杆,如将现有的NC50左旋螺纹直接改成NC50右旋螺纹,钻具接头长度不符合标准要求。为解决这一难题,在对石油钻具螺纹的各项参数进行分析的基础上,设计出NC48非标螺纹。通过在3个井队进行使用,NC48非标螺纹未发生因螺纹设计而造成的钻具事故,为今后类似的螺纹设计提供了基础。Many 127mm drill pipes(NC50-LH)are kept in the Drilling Tubular Tools Engineering Company of ZPEB now.However,the market needs urgently a large number of such 127mm drill pipes(NC50).If cutting NC50-LH thread into NC50 thread directly,the tool joints length of drill string isn't up to standard.In order to solve this problem,the author designs NC48 non-standard drill string threads based on the parameter analysis of drill string threads.When they were used in field by three drill teams,the drill string accident resulted from thread design didn't happened,which can provide a base for similar thread design.
