摘  要:通过模拟酸化工艺,对桩西采油厂长堤线、混合线和桩一线的原油在残酸存在前后乳状液破乳脱水的对比实验,研究了残酸返排液对乳状液破乳的影响。实验结果表明,残酸和原油形成的乳状液比正常情况更加难以破乳;而且振动原油乳状液的强度越大或残酸加量越多,破乳将变得越困难。The effects of reacted acid flowback fluid on emulsion with demulsifier were studied by simulating acid process and contrast experiments of Changdi Line,Hunhe Line and Zhuangyi Line emulsion under acid and unacid conditions in Zhangxi Oil Production Plant.The results showed that it is more difficult to demulsify for the emulsion of reacted acid and crude oil.And the more stronger shaking crude oil emulsion or the more reacted acid dosage,the more difficult demulsify.The reasons are analysed from the effects of reacted acid composition,the changes of interfacial film and emulsion types on demulsifier performance.
