摘　　要：首先从社区规划的理论入手,探讨了其内涵和特性,以明确社区规划的工作理念和要求;同时,回顾检讨了社区规划在我国的实践,分析了工作中所存在的障碍和问题。为在符合我国国情的前提下普及推广社区规划,对几个前提性问题提出了自己的现点,并在此基础之上,提出了物质型社区规划和综合型社区规划两种推广模式以供参考。In China, community planning is a new planning style. Using related theories as a framework, this paper analyzes versions of community planning used internationally, their characteristics and methodologies. Community planning practice in China is then reviewed, which highlights the impediments and problems facing community planning in China today. In order to popularize community planning in China, this paper puts forward opinions about some preconditions for success in the Chinese context, and then develops two types of community planning that might do well in China： physical community planning and synthetical community planning.
