摘　　要：介绍2002～2005年南京市的婚检情况,新的《婚姻登记条例》实施后婚检人数急剧下降,导致了妊娠合并症、出生缺陷儿和新生儿疾病发生率明显上升;当前性病、艾滋病等性传播疾病快速增长,开展婚前卫生保健工作更具有积极的现实意义和深远的历史意义。南京市妇幼保健院为提高人口素质积极开展了婚前卫生保健工作,并取得一定成效。To describe the premarital medical examination circumstance of the Nanjing from 2002 to 2005. We found the number of premarital medical examination sharply descent after the implement of new （The marriage register regulation）. At the same time, the number of gestation amalgamator and newborn with physical defect or congenital disorders significantly increased. With the rapidly rise of Sexually Transmited Disease （STD） such as venereal disease, Acquired Immure Deficiency Syndrome （AIDS）, the premarital health care has positively realistic and profoundly history meaning. Nanjing maternal and child health Hospital has launched the premarital health care to. improve population quality and won initial success.
