摘　　要：目的:观察行体外受精-胚胎移植妇女血清的C-反应蛋白浓度变化。方法:收集2004年1月～2005年2月在本中心接受体外受精-胚胎移植治疗的223例妇女236个周期资料,分别检测启动日、HCG日、取卵日及胚胎移植日(ET日)的血清C-反应蛋白浓度。结果:C-反应蛋白由启动日的(2.07±2.30)mg/L升至ET日的(4.82±8.67)mg/L(P<0.01)。在启动日、HCG日、取卵日,非妊娠妇女组平均血清C-反应蛋白浓度分别为(2.27±2.56)mg/L、(1.59±0.71)mg/L、(2.75±4.38)mg/L,高于妊娠组的(1.75±2.33)mg/L、(1.50±0.79)mg/L、(1.82±1.70)mg/L,P<0.05;ET日非妊娠妇女组平均CRP浓度(4.74±9.45)mg/L,低于妊娠组(4.96±8.23)mg/L,P<0.05。结论:在IVF治疗周期,经过控制性超排卵,血清C-反应蛋白浓度明显升高,提示控制性超排卵潜在有全身的炎症反应,一定程度的C-反应蛋白水平升高有助于IVF妇女成功妊娠。Objective： To evaluate the concentrations of serum CRP in women treated by IVF. Methods： 223 women who underwent IVF treatment for 236 cycles were collected. The level of serum CRP were determined on the day of gonadotropin initiation, HCG administration, oocyte retrieval, and embryo transfer. Results： CRP level increased from （2. 07 ±2. 30） mg/l on Initiating day to （4. 82 ± 8. 67） mg/L on Day of ET （P 〈 0. 01 ） . On the day of gonadotropin initiating, day of HCG administration and day of oocyte pick - up （ OPU）, serum concentrations of CRP in the non - pregnant group was 2. 27 ± 2.56, 1.59 ± 0. 71, 2. 75 ± 4. 38 mg/L respectively, significantly higher than that of pregnant group, 1.75 ±2. 33, 1.50 ±0.79, 1.82 ± 1.70 mg/L respectively, P 〈0. 05. On the day of ET serum concentrations of CRP were significantly higher in the pregnant group than in the non - pregnant group , 4. 74 ± 9. 45 and 4. 96 ± 8. 23 mg/L respectively, P 〈0. 05. Conclusion： The concentrations of CRP in women treated by IVF increase significantly during COH, suggests that COH potentiates a state of systemic inflammation, successful outcome is associated with a relative increment in CRP on the day of embryo transfer.
