多效唑对提高油菜花药培养诱导花粉胚的影响

摘　　要：在采用液体漂浮分步培养方法进行甘蓝型油菜花药培养诱导胚状体的过程中，在不同时期，加入适量的多效唑，对胚状体的形成具有促进作用，其中在预处理中加入１ｍｇ／Ｌ和在第一、第二培养基中各加入０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的多效唑，效果最好，其诱导率可从７１．５％提高到４１１．１％。In the course of induction of embryoids of Brassica napus pollen by stepped floating anther culture (SFAC),appropriate a mount of PP 333 added at different stages can stimulate the formation of the embryoids.The best result would be achieved by adding 1 mg/L PP 333 in the pretreatment stage and 0 5 mg/L in the lst and 2nd medium,which resulted in the increase of inductivity from 71 5% to 411 1%.
