摘 要:针对蓄热式加热炉汽化冷却热损失高的问题,分析认为,主要原因是原炉筋管绝热采用吊挂包扎块包扎方式,包扎不严密,结构不合理。改进采用整体浇注复合绝热包扎技术,包扎层抗剥落性能好,使用寿命长,改进后加热炉产汽量由10.52t/h降为6.8t/h,降低了成本,改善了钢坯加热质量。Aiming at the problem that heat energy of regenerative heating furnace steam-cooling was lost much more, analysis considered that the primary reason was the imprecise and inconsequential enswathement manner of suspending bricks for adiabatic of the stearn-cooling water pipe. Improving was adopting technology of whole moulding and compound adiabatic enswathement. It has better capability of resisting from coming off and long service life. After improvement, the quantity of steam was decreased from 10.52 t/h to 6.8 t/h, the cost is reduced and heating quality of billets is improved.
