摘　　要：介绍了ABB煤气分析仪在线自动吹扫装置的工艺流程及系统组成。该装置系统自动化程度高、性能稳定可靠,其应用降低了取样探头的堵塞率,提高了分析仪在线分析数据的准确性,命中率由93.5%提高到99.2%。Author introduces the process flow and the system composition of the ABB gas analysis meter＇s online automatic blow off device. The system had high automatieity and its performance was steady and reliable. The application of the system reduced the blocking rate of sampling probe, improved the veracity of the data analyzed by the gas analysis online and the bitting accuracy was increased to 99.2% from 93.5%.
