摘　　要：目的了解济宁市人群中对艾滋病知识知晓掌握情况,为制定宣传教育方法和重点教育内容提供科学依据。方法2006年采用横断面现场调查方法,对济宁市城区部分人群开展知识、行为、态度、信念调查。结果调查707名人员,对艾滋病基本知识、传播途径、预防措施、非传播途径及对艾滋病的严峻形式认识不足,对艾滋病病毒感染者与艾滋病人存在较明显的歧视态度。结论6类人群对艾滋病的知识有一定的了解,但对艾滋病的知识掌握不够全面系统,应加强健康教育工作,加大艾滋病防治知识的宣传,提高公众对艾滋病知识知晓率,避免高危行为的发生。Objective To know about the basic status of knowledge about AIDS in different individuals in Jining city and give the basis on the emphasis of education methods and contents. Methods Random stratification sampling methods were taken in urban area in Jining city in 2006, and the basic knowledge, practice, attitude and faith related to AIDS were investigated. Results A total of 707 person-samples were surveyed. Many of them hadn＇t clearly understood the basic conception,the route of transmission, preventive methods and non-transmission route .Some people discriminated seriously against HIV infected person and AIDS patients. Conclusion Six groups had certain knowledge about AIDS,but not comprehensive and systemic.We must develop health education and propaganda and improve the rate of understanding AIDS to reduce the risk of AIDS.
