摘　　要：目的建立辐花中獐牙菜苦苷含量测定的方法。方法用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为AlltimalC18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),流动相为甲醇-水(水中含0.05%磷酸),梯度洗脱,流速1mL/min,检测波长234nm,柱温30℃。结果獐牙菜苦苷在3.10～30.98μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991;平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=2.66%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,分离度好,为建立其质量标准提供了实验依据。Objective To establish a method for content determination of swertiamarin in Lomatogoniopsis alpina. Methods HPLC method for determination was used. Chromatographic column： AUtimal C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）. Mobile phase： methanol-water （including 0.05% H3PO4）, and gradient elution. Flow rate： I mL/min. Wavelength： 234 nm. Column temperture： 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve of swertiamarin was in good linearity over the range of 3.10-30.98 （r=0.999 1）. The average recoveries were 98.0%, with RSD=2.66% （n =6）. Coclusion It is a simple and sensitive method in controlling the quality of Lomatogoniopsis alpina.
