护理干预对糖尿病白内障术后并发症影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对糖尿病性白内障术后并发症的影响。方法:将159例糖尿病性白内障患者依随机数字法分为干预组(80例)与对照组(79例),干预组按计划进行护理干预与常规护理,对照组仅进行常规护理。结果:干预组术后并发症19例,发生率23.75%,对照组术后并发症77例,发生率97.47%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预降低了术后角膜水肿、前房纤维渗出等并发症的发生,可以有效地减轻患者痛苦及提高手术疗效。Objective： To discuss effect of nurse intervention upon postoperative complications of diabetic cataract. Methods. 159 diabetic cataract patients were randomly divided into test group （80） and control group （79）. Test group were received nurse intervention and usual care, but control group only received usual care.Results：The patients who had postoperative complications in the treatment group were 19 （23.75 % ）, but the control group were 77 （97.46%）（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significantly difference. Conclusion： Nurse intervention might decrease complications of corneal oedema, atria fiber effusion and increase effect of operation.
