摘　　要：目的：探讨解剖钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：28例跟骨骨折患者均采用切开复位,跟骨解剖钢板内固定治疗。结果：随访时间6-30个月,平均20个月,28例患者骨折全部愈合,无跟骨感染发生;优16例,良10例,差2例。结论：解剖钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折有较好疗效,值得临床应用。Objective： To discuss the treatment effect of calcaneal anatomic plate in the calcaneal fracture. Methods： Twenty-eight cases were operated on and fixed by the calcaneal anatomic plate. The patients had been followed up between 6 to 30 months （average 20 months）. Results： All the patients had been recovered. No infection occurs. Sixteen cases showed excellent healing, 10 did good and 2 did bad. Conclusion： The treatment effect of calcaneal anatomic plate in calcaneal fracture is good in the clinic.
