摘  要:为了实现温度继电器温度特性的自动检测,论文从应用角度出发,论述了一种基于空气测定法的简单实用、精度高的自动检测系统.该系统设计了电阻加热炉来模拟检测温场,并通过较长时间的预热和用鼓风机实现检测温场的空气流动,显著提高了温度均匀性,采用模糊算法按照设定的控温曲线对温场温度进行控制.在该系统中,还提出了电阻加热炉炉丝按功率分组策略,大大改善了电炉性能;并采取整体最小二乘法误差校准,有效地提高了系统检测精度.To measure the temperature relay's temperature automaticly, an automatic measuring system based on atmospherical measuration is discussed in this article. The temperature is imitated by resistance-heated furnace. In orther to get the even temperature,long-time warm-up and blast engine are used in this system. The algorithm of fuzzy control is used to control the temperature in the temperature field by present curve. The method of grouping the resistance wire of resistance-heated furnace by power is put forward,and the performance of resistance-heated furnace is improved through this method. The Measuring precision is improved by using the minimum two-multiplication to calibrate the error. At present, the system has been practically applied in manufacture, which has gained economy benefit.
