摘 要:喷锚支护是应用于遂道开挖或建筑物深基础开挖过程中土坡稳定的一项新技术,目前在水利工程的施工中使用较少,江都一、二站翼墙的除险加固应用了这项新技术。在江都一二站的应用工程中,与挡土墙方案比较,采用喷锚支护不但工期短、开挖量小、施工方便,而且其造价也较低,可节约工程投资33%左右。江都一、二站采用墙后挖土减载换煤碴,埋设透水软管以降低墙后水位,临公路侧的开挖面采用喷锚支护的方案,喷锚支护的设计采用了加大喷锚孔径、重力注浆、增大主筋直径、增加锚固深度、加强与增加面筋、缩小锚固间距等措施。根据喷锚支护的设计原则,以江都一、二站喷锚支护为例,计算了喷锚支护的受力及安全系数,结果表明使用喷锚支护技术后边坡稳定好,有较高的推广应用价值。Combination support technology by anchorage and concrete is a new technique used to maintain the stabilization of slope earth in tunnel excavation or excavation of structures' deep foundation. The technique is rarely used in construct of hydraulic engineering. In Jiangdu's two pumping stations, the technique is used in the project of wing wall for clearing dangerous illness and strengthening. Compared with earth-retaining wall program, combination support technology has many merits, such as shorter construct time, smaller earth volume, lower fabrication cost and more convenient construct. The project invest is two thirds of that of the earth-retaining wall program. In the projects, the earth behind the wing wall is replaced with cinder to reduce the load, the pervious hose tubes are buried to reduce the water level behind the wing wall, and the excavated section towards the road is supported by anchorage. Many methods are used in designing the combination support, such as increasing the size of injected hole, gravity injecting, increasing the diameter of the main bar, increasing the anchoring depth, increasing the quantity and the diameter of the bar, reducing the anchoring separation, and so on.
