欠发达地区干部驻村存在问题与对策

摘  要:近年来,省、市、县三级政府派出大批干部或抽调大学生下乡驻村。驻村干部总的来说工作成效显著,但是也存在一些问题。究其原因:驻村干部急功近利的政绩观、乡镇政权控制性倾向导致乡镇驻村干部与村干部陷入两难境地、驻村干部的自身素质不高。解决驻村干部工作的对策:培养好村干部,为村里自身发展提供人力资源保障;在上级党委政府领导下创造性地开展工作同时要紧密团结驻地干部群众;驻村干部在把握好工作重点的同时要抓好全局工作;切实提高村干部的办事能力和责任水平等。In recent years, many cadres and college graduates have been assigned to work in the countryside. They hare made a lot of achievements in their work, but there are still some Problems. We will describe the problems of the officers assigned to the less developed region through investigation, and then analyse the causes. In our opinion, cultivating the officers, strengthening the organization, carrying out the task under the direction of the super leader and close to the local public, mastering the key point and entirely working, improving the ability to deal with the task and responsibility are necessary to fully develop the function of the officers.
