摘　　要：随着多边贸易体制的不断发展,WTO的竞争规则也得到了进一步的完善,它必将对我国竞争法律制度产生深刻的影响,尤其在立法和执法方面,并涉及到投资、贸易、金融、知识产权等相关领域,这一发展变化应当引起我国政府和广大企业的高度重视。With developing the multilateral trade system, the WTO＇s Competitive Rules is perfected to a great degree. It will exert very important influence on the system of competitive law in China, especially in legislation and law enforcement, involving investment, trade, finance, intellectual property fields and so on. This change trend should be give a very close attention by our government and all enterprises.
