毛子蕨孢子形态的研究

摘　　要：利用光镜和扫描电镜对毛子蕨（Ｍｏｎｏｍｅｌａｎｇｉｕｍｐｕｌｉｎｇｅｒｉ（Ｂａｋ．）Ｔａｇａｗａ）的孢子进行了详细研究，对该种孢子的重要形态特征。In the present paper, the morphological characteristics of the spores of Monomelangium pullingeri (Bak.) Tagawa were studied by light and scanning electron microscope. The spore is monolete, with a unique perispore. The perispore surface is hairlike under the light microscope and is dense reticulum mingled by fibrous sculptuces and crowded up into lophos under the SEM. The exospore is smooth or fine granulate.
