卷丹的细胞学研究

摘　　要：对百合属（Ｌｉｌｉｕｍ）卷丹（Ｌ．ｌａｎｃｉｆｏｌｉｕｍＴｈｕｎｂ．）进行了细胞学观察，发现卷丹为同源三倍体，其核型公式是２ｎ＝３ｘ＝３６＝９ｍ（ＳＡＴ）＋３ｓｍ＋３ｓｔ（ＳＡＴ）＋３ｓｔ＋３ｔ（ＳＡＴ）＋１２ｔ＋３Ｔ。卷丹花粉母细胞的减数分裂属首次报道，观察到在前期Ⅱ有染色体落后及新形成花粉粒中染色体解旋缓慢等现象。三倍体卷丹少见为结实现象中，其种子染色体７９％为２９条，１４％为２７条。同时对卷丹的产地。We carried out the cytological stady on Lilinm lancifolium in genus Lilium plants. Experiments showed that Lilium lancifolium was homotriploid, and its karyotype is 2n=3x=36=9m(SAT)+3sm+3st(SAT)+3st+3t(SAT)+12t+3T. First reported its meiosis of spore mother cell, and discovered the phenomenons of chromosome lags behind at prophase Ⅱ and delay of chromosome removing spin in newly formed spores. In troploid Lilium lancifolium seed, its chromosome is 29 strips, taking 79% and 27 strips taking 14%. meanwhile, the original place, distribution of Lilium lanlifolium were also discussed.
