摘　　要：论文运用SWOT分析方法,着重研究了江苏省咨询业发展内外部环境,结合有关数据,就其所取得的成果和存在问题进行深入分析。论文提出应动态地分析江苏省咨询业发展的现状,掌握其最新的发展情况,为研究江苏省咨询业发展的影响因素和提出各项具体对策做好充分的准备。Using the matrix of SWOT and integrating the relevant data, this paper analyzes the internal and external environments of consulting industry in Jiangsu Province, their achievements and problems. It points out that dynamic analysis should be used to study the present condition. And we should master the freshest development situation, so as to get ready to research effect element of Jiangsu consulting industry and propose the various concrete countermeasures.
