禽用“二克星”体内外抑(杀)菌试验及疗效观察

摘　　要：使用禽用“二克星”对鸡病原性大肠杆菌、鸡白痢沙白氏菌进行的体外抑（杀）菌试验及对试验感染鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效试验研究结果表明：供试各菌株对禽用“二克星”均具有很高的敏感性，其最小抑菌浓度为１∶３２７６８，最小杀菌浓度为１∶４０９６。应用禽用“二克星”的预防量组和治疗量组，均比有效药物氟哌酸对照组死亡率低，其中以治疗量组保护率为最高，各致病菌型间无明显差异，说明禽用“二克星”In this paper the studies of “Erkexing”for avian on bacteriostatic(bactericidal)test in vitro of avian pathogene colibacillus and pullorosis salmonella and curative effect of experimentally infected avian colibacillosis were conducted.The results showed that all the experimental strains were very susceptible to Erkexing,the minimal bacteriostatic concentration was 1∶32 768 and the minimal bactericidal concentration was 1∶4 096.The motality rates of the experimental groups with the applictaion of prevetive and therapeutic dosage of Erkexing were lower than that of control group with the application of the drug of norfoxacin acid and the protective rate in therapeutic dosage group was the highest and there was no significant difference in all types of pathogenic bacteria.It indicated that prothylaction—therapeutic effect of Erkexing for avian was superior to the common drug of norfloxacin in clinic.
