摘 要:在原有变频调速控制系统的基础上提出了网络化改造设计思路:使用网卡芯片RTL8019AS设计以太网接口,该接口主处理器采用W77E516B,接口部分主要介绍了硬件设计和精简的网络TCP/IP协议软件设计,将原变频控制模块的单口RAM换为双口RAM,再和以太网接口模块连接,原变频控制模块软硬件只需稍微改动,这样既保留了先前的投资,又达到了网络化改造的目的。最后讨论了变频调速控制系统的实时性问题,基于此网络化改造过程中需慎重考虑控制方式的选择。The paper offered the thinking of network innovation design based on original variable frequency velocity regulation. The chip of network card RTL8019AS was applied to design Ethernet interface whose major processor is W77E516B, design to hardware and simplified TCP/IP protocol of interface was mainly introduced, original single port RAM of variable frequency control module was replaced with double port RAM with which Ethernet interface module was connected with variable frequency control module with a little alteration to software and hardware of variable frequency control module, thus previous investment is preserved as well as network innovation is achieved. Finally, it discussed the real-time problem about variable frequency velocity regulation system, indicated that the selection of control method should be carefully took into consideration in the network innovation course.
