摘  要:目的探讨单兵增氧呼吸器在高原对移居青年体力作业效率的影响。方法对进驻海拔3700m 20天的12名青年,在佩戴与不佩戴单兵增氧呼吸器时分别用EGM-Ⅱ型踏车功量计做踏车运动,初始负荷功率为50W,每3min递增50W,以60rpm连续踏车至200W 3min后终止。用直线回归法计算每位受试者的PWC_(170)。结果不佩戴时PWC_(170)为(223.72±17.63)W,佩戴时PWC_(170)为(241.15±17.82)W,佩戴时较不佩戴时PWC_(170)明显增高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论单兵增氧呼吸器能明显提高高原移居青年的心功能及做功效率。Objective To explore the effect of single-soldier oxygen-increased respirator on manual work efficiency of transmigrant at high altitude. Methods: 12 young soldiers who stayed at high altitude of 3700m for 20 days loaded exercise tests with the EGM- Ⅱ bicycle ergometer holding 60rpm with and without single-soldier oxygen-increased respirator. Power start from 50W, increase by degrees 50W per 3 minutes until 200W, then PWC 170 was counted use beeline regress. Results:PWC170 with and without single-soldier oxygen-increased respirator is(241.1 5 ±17.82 )W and (223.72± 17.63 ) W, which has very significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: single-soldier oxygen-increased respirator can improve immigrants' manual work efficiencv at high altitude.
