摘　　要：目的 对山茱萸药材进行专项考查.方法 按中国药典2005年版一部山茱萸项下规定的方法,对79批山茱萸药材分别测定杂质、水分和马钱苷含量.同时测定作为杂质的山茱萸果核中马钱苷的含量.结果 含杂质0.1%～16%,水分12.8%～24.9%,马钱苷含量0.60%～1.12%,果核中含有少量马钱苷.结论 杂质与水分不合格率较高,含量测定结果全部超过药典规定限度,果核中同时检测到马钱苷,含测限度值得商榷.Aim To provide a special examination of fructus corni＇s quality.Methods According to the first volume of the criterion of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005,the concentration of impurity composition,water and loganin of seventy-nine patches of Fructus Corni samples was determined.Meanwhile,the concentration of loganin in the Fructus Corni＇s fruit stone,a kind of impurity composition,was also determined.Results The impurity composition in the Fructus Corni samples is 0.1%～16%.The water content is 12.8%～24.9%.And the concentration of loganin is 0.60%～1.12%.Furthermore,the determination results indicate that there is still a little loganin in the fruit stone.Conclusion Considering the examination results of fructus corni＇s quality,the unqualified rate of impurity composition and water is much higher and all results of determination exceed limited values.Moreover,the loganin is determined in the samples＇ fruit stone.Therefore,the limited values should be reconsidered.
