摘 要:目的 建立银黄颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱VP-ODS柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87),检测波长327 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^-1,柱温室温.结果 回归方程Y=-1.440×10^2+1.245×10^6X (r=0.999 9,n=5),绿原酸在0.88~13.2 μg范围内线性良好,加样回收率99.39%,RSD=0.53%.结论 本法灵敏度高,操作简便,重复性好,准确可靠,可作为银黄颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法.Aim To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granules.Methods HPLC method was used.The samples were separated by VP-ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase is actonitrile-0.4% acetic acid(13∶87).The detection wavelength was at 327 nm,with flow rate at 1.0 ml·min^-1.The column temperature was indoor temperature.Results The linear range of schisandrin was 0.88~13.2 μg(r=0.999 9,n=5).The average rescovery was 99.39%,and RSD was 0.53%.Conclusion This method is sensitive,quick,accurate and can be used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granules.
