摘　　要：主要介绍汽油加氢装置检修过程中实施HSE管理的必要性和方法。通过对汽油加氢装置检修工程概况的描述,运用多因子评价法进行环境因素识别,确定施工过程中风险度较大的危险源及重要的环境因素,制定出相应的安全控制措施,实现全过程的安全监控管理,保证装置的安全施工和顺利开工。This article mainly introduces the necessity and method of implementing HSE management in the overhaul of gasoline hydrogenation unit.Based on the description of gasoline hydrogenation unit overhaul and utilization of multi-factor appraisal method in environmental factor recognition,highly risky hazard source and important environmental factors in construction are determined,corresponding safety control measures are developed,and overall process safety monitoring management is realized to guarantee the safe construction and smooth operation of the unit.
