摘  要:活性污泥耗氧速率的测定具有快速、简单、灵敏的优点。以耗氧速率的测定为基础,绘制出生化呼吸曲线以及相对耗氧速率曲线,并研究了炼油厂脱硫剂的使用及废脱硫液的外排对活性污泥系统可能造成的冲击。实验结果表明,微生物可以很快适应含有脱硫剂和废脱硫液的炼油废水。The measurement of oxygen uptake rate is quick、simple and sensitive,so in many overseas wastewater treatment plants,its application has been spreaded.This paper based on the measurement of oxygen uptake rate,makes the bio-chemical breath curves and relative oxygen uptake rate curves.Also this paper studies the potential impact to the activated sludge system because of the use of desulfurizer in refinery and discharge of the abandoned desulfurized liquids.The results of the experiments indicate that microorganisms can adapt to the desulfurizer quickly,and after four days' operation most of the matters have been used by the microorganisms,so the desulfurizer will not affect the activated sludge system.
