农村居民点整理的模式探讨——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：土地整理是国土资源管理中的一项新的事业,农村居民点整理是实现土地集约利用的重要手段之一。作者根据江苏省各地社会经济发展状况以及资金筹集的方式将江苏省的农村居民点整理归纳总结为村内整理模式、中心村整理模式、郊区城镇化模式、新村建设模式等四种模式。并在此基础上提出了具体的整理措施。Land consolidation is a new undertaking in land management, reorganization of the rural residence is one of the important measure to achieve intensive use of land. The author sums up four models of reorganization in rural residence base on the condition of social and economic and the pattern of fund raising in Jiangsu：the first modal is the arrangement in the inside of villages; the second is establishing central villages ; the third model is the urbanization of suburb; the fourth model is establishing new villages. Later the author put forward some concrete suggestions to realize these models.
