干预对社区原发性高血压患者依从行为和自我功效影响的研究

摘　　要：干预前采用问卷法对90名研究对象的依从行为和自我功效水平进行调查,了解其基线水平的基础上修改干预方案,干预后再次采用问卷法评价干预效果。干预后,研究对象的自我功效水平由低水平提高到中等水平,依从行为水平由中低水平提高到高水平,强化了社区原发性高血压患者自我护理能力。The subjects for this study were 90 hypertensive patients in community. All the subjects were messured by questionnaire survey to evaluate the level of compliance and selfefficacy of patients before the intervention and two months after the patients received intervention. The results showed that compliance of patients before intervention was not well and selfefficacy of patients was bad. The effectiveness of the intervention was affirmative, which contributed to the improvement of compliance and self-efficacy of patients. The self- efficacy level after giving intervention was higher than one before giving the intervention. The compliance level after giving intervention was higher than one before giving the intervention. The results suggested that intervention on compliance and selfefficacy in the community need to be improved, which will raise the selfcare ability of patients.
