摘 要:井漏是钻井中常见的复杂情况,其根本的原因是钻井液液柱压力与泵送回压之和大于地层压力,并产生指向地层的正压差,这个正压差就是发生井漏的驱动力。针对这一机理,采用减轻堵漏剂密度和提高塑性"失重"能力的方法,有利于实现堵漏剂在漏层定位不发生停泵后的再运动,因而可以提高堵漏的成功率。为此,介绍了一种封固型塑性堵漏的思路与施工步骤,并通过在威阳28等井的现场应用表明,按塑性"失重"思路配制的堵漏剂能成功地解决严重漏失井的堵漏和固井问题,塑性"失重"堵漏剂有较好的推广应用价值。Lost circulation is a common problem occurred during drilling. The basic reason is the hydrostatic pressure plus pumping back pressure is higher than the formation pressure, and a positive pressure differential exists toward the formation which is the driving force for lost circulation. Starting from this mechanism, the method of reducing the LCM (lost circutation material) density and increasing the plastic 'imponderability' was adopted to keep the LCM staying at the thief zone and not move after the pump stop, so the success ratio of plugging was improved. Herein this paper introduced a set of ideas and procedures for a blocking type of plastic plugging, and through field application on Well XY-28 the plastic 'imponderability' method was proved to successfully solve the problem of serious lost circulation. This paper recommends its use in actual field application.
