摘 要:通过火用分析方法得出天然气管网中蕴藏着大量的压力能。在管网压力一定时,其中可回收的压力能随着用户端压力的降低而增大。当管网压力10MPa,用户端压力0.8MPa时,可回收的最大压力能达359.12kJ/kg。在各个调压站设置回收天然气压力能设备来回收管网的压力能,可用于提供原动力、液化天然气、净化天然气进行深度脱水等。这将有效地提高能源利用率,提高管网的运行经济性。It is concluded through the exergy analysis method that there are great pressure energy contained in the natural gas pipeline networks. Under the circumstances of fixed pipeline network pressure, the recoverable pressure energy will be increased as the decrease of the user-side pressure. The maximum recoverable pressure energy can reach 359.12 kJ/kg when the pipeline network pressure is 10 MPa and the user-side pressure is 0.8 MPa. This paper pointed out that it is possible to recover the pressure energy of the natural gas pipeline networks. The facilities equipped at the pressure regulation stations can be applied to recover more pressure energy so as to provide driving force, or to liquify Petroleum gas or to further purify natural gas, etc. This will effectively boost the energy utilization efficiency and boost the economical efficiency of the pipeline network's operation.
