白色羽毛半番鸭选育的研究

摘　　要：从正交、反交、轮交和侧交揭示产生半番鸭白色羽毛起主导作用的是家鸭。不同基因型家鸭产生白羽半番鸭频率是不同的，同一品种母家鸭个体间产生白羽半番鸭亦不同，母家鸭生产白羽率高的个体，用不同公番鸭交配，其F1白羽率仍然是高的，估测h2为0．6638。经5个世代亲本选择，半番鸭白羽率达93．49％，10周龄活重2786克。The results of reciprocal, rotational and lateral crossing between Muscovy duck and domestic duck showed domestic duck played a leading role in mule duck's white feather. The white-feather frequency appearing in mule duck was different in domestic duck's genotype. The frequencies were different among individuals of the same female domestic ducks, the one producing high white-feather rate, mated with other male Muscovy ducks, the white-feather rate in it's F1 was high too. Estinated it's h2 was 0. 6638. Selected 5 parental generations, mule duck,s white-feather rate was 93. 49%, body weigh at 10 week age was 2786g.
