摘  要:目的:观察异丙肾上腺素的产热效应。方法:在中性环境温度(28℃)下,测定雌性大鼠使用异丙肾上腺素后180 min的肛温、胸部皮肤温度、肢端温度和环境温度,以温度峰值和体温曲线下面积,计算ED50。结果:肛温峰值和体温曲线下面积的ED50分别为0.277 mg·kg-1和0.106 mg·kg-1,胸部体表温度与肛温的变化趋势一致,肢端体表温度与肛温的变化趋势部分分离。结论:异丙肾上腺素产热效应ED50的等效剂量在临床用药剂量范围内,使用该类药物时需考虑产热效应对临床疗效的影响。Objective: To observe the thermogenesis induced with isoprenaline in rats. Method: After isoprenaline was administrated intravenously, the core and skin temperatures of female rats at thermoneutrality (28 ℃ as the circumstance temperature) were observed for 180 minutes, the peak of temperatures and the area under temperature curve were used to calculate its ED50 with the software Prism-4 respectively. Result: The ED50 of isoprenaline from core temperature as the peak and the area were 0.277 mg·kg^-1 and 0. 106 mg·kg^-1 respectively in female rats. The skin temperatures at the center of chest was always positive correlative with the core temperatures, and the skin temperatures at the end of extremities was some positive correlative with the core temperatures. Conclusion: Since the equal ED50 of thermogenesis induced with isoprenaline located at the range of clinic used dose, the clinic actions of isoprenaline should involve its thermogenesis.
