高效液相色谱法测定抗感利咽糖浆中靛玉红的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立抗感利咽糖浆中靛玉红的含量测定方法。方法:以Dikma DiamonsilTM C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.1%醋酸铵-醋酸(70:30:1);流速1 ml·min-1;检测波长289 nm;柱温40℃。结果:靛玉红在0.02～0.24μg范围内线性良好,r=0.999 5。平均加样回收率为101.3%,RSD 1.1%(n=6)。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish a method for determination of the Indirubin in Kanggan-liyan Syrups. Method. The Dikma Di- amonisil ODS column（200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was methanol-0.1 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate-acetic acid （70：30：1 ）, The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, The detection wavelength was at 289 nm. Result： The linear range of Indirubin was 0.02 - 0.24 μg （ r = 0.999 5 ）. The average recovery was 101.3 %. RSD was 1.1% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion： This method is reliable and accurate. It can be used for quality control of the preparation.
