摘　　要：目的:建立复方氯霉素酊中氯霉素含量的测定方法。方法:采用Hypersil C18 ODS柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为:0.1%庚烷磺酸钠的溶液(取0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液500 ml与二甲基甲酰胺5 ml,冰醋酸0.5 ml,混匀)-乙腈(75:25);流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长272 nm。结果:氯霉素在22.44～224.4μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%(n =6),RSD=0.5%。结论:该方法简便,准确快速,可测定复方氯霉素酊中氯霉素的含量。Objective： To establish a method for determination of chloramphenicol in compound chlorampbenicol tincture. Method： The Hypersil C18 column （200 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used; the mobile phase was 0.1% sodium heptane sulfonate solution （ taking 0.1% sodium heptane sulfonate solution 500 ml, DMF 5 ml and glacial acetic acid 0.5 ml to mix） -acetonitrile （ 75： 25 ）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml. min - i. The detection wavelength was at 272 nm. Result： The linear range of chloramphenicol was 22.4 - 224.4 μg·ml^-1 the average recovery was 99.7% with RSD 0.5% （ n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate,it can be used for determination of chlorampbenicol in compound chloramphenicol tincture.
