比色法测定阿米卡星滴鼻液的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定滴鼻液中硫酸阿米卡星含量的方法。方法:选择424 nm波长处用比色法测定其含量。结果:硫酸阿米卡星在0.030～0.080 mg·ml-1浓度范围内与吸光度成良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0),平均回收率为100.48%,RSD为0.664%。结论:本法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,适用于制剂中硫酸阿米卡星的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of amikacin sulfate nasal drops. Method： Colorimetry method was used. 424 nm was chosen as its determination wavelength. Result： The concentration of amikacin sulfate was linear within 0.030 - 0.080 mg.m1-1 （ r =0.999 0） , the average recovery was 100.48% , RSD was 0.66%. Conclusion： The method is rapid, simple and accurate, and can be used for quality control of amikacin sulfate nasal drops.
