中西医结合治疗脑梗死急性期气虚血瘀证45例总结

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗脑梗死急性期气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将90例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,两组均治疗14天,主要观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分和中医证候积分变化情况。结果:治疗组在临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分和中医证候积分等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合确能明显提高脑梗死急性期气虚血瘀证的疗效。Objeetive： To observe the elinieal effeet on eerebral infaretion with syndrome of defieieney of vital energy and blood stasis in acute stage treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method ： 90 cases were randomly divided into 45 cases each in the treatment group and control group, Cases in two groups were treated for 15 days. Therapeutic effects, changes of neurologic impairment score and symptom - complex of TCM integral were observed before and after treatment. Results ： Therapeutic effects, changes of neurologic impairment score and symptom -complex of TCM integral in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, Conclusion ： The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine could obviously elevate the therapeutic effects for cerebral infarction with syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis in acute stage.
