摘  要:机械球磨(MA)高纯Y2O3、Al2O3和Nd2O3粉体(并掺微量纳米SiO2做烧结助剂),然后采用真空烧结球磨粉体以制备致密的Nd∶Y3Al5O12(NdY∶AG)。结果表明,球磨氧化物混合粉体可明显细化氧化物颗粒,但球磨时间过长,粉体颗粒会发生严重的团聚。在1 600℃,保温8 h,对粉体进行真空烧结,相比未球磨粉体,经球磨处理的粉体烧结后得到的块体致密度明显提高,球磨20 h得到的块体的致密度达97.8%,但球磨时间较长的粉体烧结块体相对密度下降。High purity Y2O3 ,A12O3 and Nd2O3 powder (addition of tiny amount of nanometer SiO2) were treated by mechanical alloying(MA), then the dense Nd:Y3Al5O12(Nd:YAG) ceramic was fabricated by vacuum sintering of ball milled powder. The results show that Y2O3 and Al2O3 powder treated by mechanical alloying may obviously refine oxide particles, but after over long ball milling time, severe agglomerate is produced in the powder particles.The vacuum sintering of the ball milled powder is carried out at 1600℃ for 8 h, compared with the powder without ball milling, the relative density of the sintered bulk with the ball milled powder apparently increases, which is 97.8% after the ball milling 20 h,but the relative density of the sintered bulk of the ball milling powder decreases with longer time.
