摘 要:有机发光显示器具有自主发光、功耗小、驱动电压低、视角宽、响应速度快等优点,已成为平板显示技术新的研究热点。在介绍有机电致发光器件结构和发光原理基础上,系统介绍了有机显示器件的三个核心部分—有机发光材料、显示面板和驱动技术的研究进展,分析了有机发光显示器的市场前景及可能的应用领域,最后指出有机发光显示器在产业化进程中所需要解决的问题。Organic light - emitting display (OLED) have several advantages such as self - luminous, less power consumption, low driving voltage, wider viewing angle and faster response time, and has become a new research predomination recent years in the flat - panel display technology. Based on the introduction of structure and principles of the organic electroluminescent devices, expatiate on the research progress of the three key parts of the OLED including organic luminous materials, display panel and driving technology. Then, the market foreground and possible application fields of OLED are all analyzed. Finally, the problems of OLED in the industrialization are also presented.
