行为疗法治疗儿童功能性大便失禁（附5例报告）

摘　　要：为探讨应用行为疗法治疗儿童功能性大便失禁的有效性，设计行为干预的方案，由医生和家长共同实施于5例儿童功能性大便失禁患儿。结果显示，5例患儿均在2～8周内恢复正常排便，在消除所有强化物1年后未再复发。结果表明，行为疗法治疗儿童功能性大便失禁具有可操作性并有很好的效果，特别适用于伴有便秘的患儿。The objective of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior therapy in the treatment functional encopresis in children. The behavior intervention program was carried out by doctors and parents together. Five children accepted the therapy. As results, normal defecation was resumed within 2-8 weeks in all the 5 children,and no recurrence occured for 1 year after removing the reinforcer. It is revealed that behavior therapy in the treatment of functional encopresis in children is of better feasibility and therapeutic effect and is especially suitable for children with functional encopresis and constipation.
