摘　　要：为探讨有效的成人完全性直肠脱垂经肛门综合术式，对9例病人实施PPH加硬化注射及肛门紧缩术。术后随访半年至二年，无复发，无排便障碍。结果表明，使用综合术式治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂，方法简便，手术损伤小，病人痛苦小，恢复快，无后遗症，疗效确切。Nine patients with complete rectal prolapse underwent the combined procedure of PPH,injection of sclerosing agent and anal tightening operation, the therapeutic results were assessed. Results showed that no dysporia and recurrence were found during the follow up of 6-24 monthes. It is concluded that this combined procedure is of many strong points,e g. simple manipulation, less surgical injury,less pain, quicker recovery and no sequelae
