摘　　要：经过近5年的积极探索,上海黄金交易所通过扩大交易品种、增加会员数量、调整会员结构、开设交易夜市、完善风险防范手段等有效方式,为中国黄金市场持续、健康、规范、和谐发展做出了积极的努力,并成为全球黄金现货交易量第一的场内市场。下一步,交易所将力争尽早推出黄金衍生产品,积极发展个人黄金业务,加快黄金市场国际化步伐,努力把上海黄金交易所建设成为具有世界影响力的国际性交易所。After almost five years＇ active exploration, the Shanghai Gold Exchange （SGE） has become the top exchange gold market in the world （by spot turnover） and contributed to the sustained, healthy, regulated and harmonious development of China＇s gold market by diversifying trading varieties, enlarging member base, upgrading the membership structure, opening evening sessions, and improving ways of risk control. In the next phase, the SGE will attempt to launch gold derivatives as early as possible, develop personal gold business, and accelerate the internationalization of the SGE, so as to build the SGE into a global exchange of world influence.
