摘 要:采用锰砂填料人工湿地深度处理钢铁企业的达标排放废水,并与砾石填料人工湿地的处理效果进行对比。结果表明:锰砂填料人工湿地具有持续而稳定的铁、锰去除效果,对其去除率均在90%以上,当进水总铁和Mn^2+浓度分别为0.3~1.2mg/L和0.2~1.1mg/L时,相应的出水浓度基本保持在0.05mg/L以下,达到了回用水水质标准。而砾石填料人工湿地会出现铁、锰的累积和解吸现象,没有持续的铁、锰去除能力。同时,锰砂填料人工湿地对COD、TP和NH4^+ -N的去除效果均好于砾石填料人工湿地。Advanced treatment of standard discharged iron and steel production wastewater by constructed wetland filled with manganese sand was carried out, and comparison of removal effect with constructed wetland filled with gravel was made. The experimental results show that the constructed wetland filled with manganese sand can remove iron and manganese from wastewater persistently, and the removal rate is higher than 90%. When the total Fe and Mn^2+ concentrations in the influent are 0.3 to 1.2 mg/L and 0.2 to 1. 1 mg/L respectively, the corresponding concentrations in the effluent are both less than 0.05 mg/L, satisfying the national reuse standards. On the other hand, the Fe and Mn^2+ are accumulated, released and cannot be removed persistently in the constructed wetland filled with gravel. The constructed wetland filled with manganese sand also has better ability in removal of COD, TP and NH4^+ - N than the constructed wetland filled with gravel.
