摘  要:采用脉冲磁场对循环水系统进行杀菌试验,考察了影响杀菌效果的因素。结果表明,脉冲磁场对大肠杆菌具有良好的灭活作用,杀菌率随磁感应强度的增加和处理时间的延长而提高,且随着水温、脉冲频率和菌群初始浓度的提高而提高。当磁感应强度〉600mT、处理时间〉45min、脉冲频率为50~60kHz时,杀菌率〉90%。磁场对菌体的灭活是由于其对细胞膜造成了不可修复的破坏,导致细胞质溶出,从而使细胞丧失正常的生理功能。A sterilization experiment in the recycle water system was carried out by pulsed magnetic field, and the factors influencing the sterilization effect were investigated. The results show that pulsed magnetic field has a favorable lethal effect on E. coli. The sterilization rate increases when magnetic field intensity is enhanced and the treatment time is prolonged. The sterilization rate increases also with increasing the water temperature, the pulse frequency and the initial bacterial concentration. When the magnetic intensity is above 600 mT, the treatment time is over 45 min and the pulse frequency is 50 to 60 kHz, the sterilization rate is above 90%. The sterilization of bacteria can be summarized as follows: ① the magnetic field damages the cell membrane beyond repair; ② the cytoplasm is dissolved; ③ the cell loses its physiological function.
